    • AguXpress is not liable for prohibited items, incorrect addresses, or force majeure
      events.
    • Insurance coverage applies only to shipments properly declared and accepted.
  4. Escrow
    • Funds are held securely until delivery is confirmed.
    • AguXpress may deduct agreed escrow fees before releasing funds.
    • Disputes will be resolved using our dispute process or referred to applicable Nigerian
      laws.
  5. Refunds & Cancellations
    • Refunds are processed only if services have not been initiated.
    • Insurance or escrow fees may be non-refundable.
  6. Intellectual Property
    All logos, content, and trademarks on this site belong to AguXpress.
  7. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
